I do get impatient for my film to come back, but I can wait for quality...my super 8 work is for my own enjoyment, so there's no deadlines for me to worry about...I do hope Dwayne's does see your email, Alex, and clears up the problem. It may not be a rampant problem, but not an isolated incident either, since at least several people on the board have had the exact same experience...it would be good to have more than one processing place for kodachrome..what if Kodak decides to shut it's facility down...then there'd be nowhere else to turn to...how long does a roll take to come back from Kodak, anyway..and does Kodak online sell the mailers? mike

Mike, Kodak sells the film with mailers now for like $13.00
If you want just the mailers goto

Just look in film then mailers. They sell the PK59 for $5.59 each. Just make sure you buy at least 5 or more cause they charge a flat shipping of $7.00 or so.
As far as lab problems Kodak has been perfect the last few years and they seem to have fixed their blue streak problems. Only problem you'll have with Kodak is if they lose the film which does happen sometimes. Don't know about Dwaynes only used them once so I can't really comment.

I have heard that about Kodak selling the film with mailers included, but when I ordered 2 rolls the other week, it didn't come with any mailers, nor does it mention it on the website..do you have to call and order over the phone to get that special deal, instead of ordering on the website? mike
